I think people will buy more economical cars. I know in the UK there is a decline in bigger car sales and increased mid size car sales. I’m sure the same will happen in the US besides big gas guzzling cars have got a very uncool image now.

I think US will have the same trend but large cars are more important for US citizens than for Brits. It is a national culture thing IMHO.
